At this time of year, almost everyone makes new year resolutions as they are determined to make improvements in their life. However, as the year progresses, many of these resolutions are ignored. In this class, we will look at how to eliminate self-sabotage so that we can stick to our resolutions and truly improve our lives.
Almost everyone suffers the grief of losing a loved one. The start of a new year without our loved one can be a very hard time. Our grief may still be there, but it is possible that we can start to heal and begin to rebuild our lives after the loss. This class will be a compassionate look at ways to move forward after loss. All are welcome whether their loss is recent or not.
